Ball Control:

 

Dribble between the cones for 2 minutes ( 5 x 2 min ) 10 Push-ups in between

Use different parts of your foot

4 Sets of 10 + 10 + 5 Push-ups to finish the day

10 Tucked in push-ups

First Touch + Leg work Instruction

First Touch + Leg Work

 

Kick against the wall, control and pass the ball again to the wall.

5 Rounds of 3 minutes (3 minutes each round with 20 Squats in between)

 

Progression 1 – Pass, receive and execute a Cruyff Turn and pass again

Progression 2 – Throw the ball with your hands to bounce back to your control and play  it back straight away

Progression 3 – Go a little bit closer to the wall and do very quick passes with both foot

Finish with 20 Lounges each leg and 20 squats at the end

1 Minute Back and Forwards runs + 40 toe taps at the end of 2 runs
